PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our mission is to provide you with streamlined solutions tailored to your application. As a team we have close to 100 years of experience in bringing concepts to reality. Depending on your needs we can work with your development staff or provide complete services from concept through manufacturing.
DESIGN
We can work with your design/CAD, or we can build your model from scratch and provide photo realistic renderings as we proceed through the design phase.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
In order to help translate the 2D renderings into 3D preproduction reality we believe it's prudent to verify form, fit, and function through the use of rapid prototypes. Models can be generated using and additive process or machined from modeling material such as Renshape.
MATERIAL
SELECTION
Choosing the proper material is a key factor in the successful design and manufacture of a composite product. Our experience and wide variety of materials will ensure the proper choice for your application.
PROCESS
DEVELOPMENT
If your application doesn't readily fall into one of our standard process categories we have the experience and capability to modify a process and work cell accordingly.
TOOLING
Along with process development this is one of ACT's specialties. The experience and ability to design and build our tooling in house and tailored to your application allows us to produce the highest quality solutions with maximum efficiency.
PRODUCTION
Although ACT's roots include high volume production our current facility is optimized for development, short runs, and low to medium sized volumes.
